Registration for the 2009 Windy City Kayak Symposium is simple.

1. Print the registration form below (one for each participant)
2. Select the courses and events in which you would like to participate
3. Fill out the payment information section
4. Use the contact information on the bottom of the form to mail or fax your registration
5. Once your registration is received we will send you a confirmation
6. Start counting the days to the 2009 Windy City Kayak Symposium
